For the propagation of Islamic faith through charity
What We Do
We see the call to Islamic faith as one that requires continuous growth in the knowledge and application of the words of Almighty Allah as contained in the Holy Quran. Through our programs at the Islamic Call and Guidance Center, we propagate the message of Prophet Mohammed (Peace Be Unto Him).
Spiritual guidance
We organize Islamic lectures, open air crusades, distribute Islamic materials to schools, mosques and other public places. We also fund Islamic events that project the beauty of Islam.
Economic empowerment to indigent people
Our annually empowerment program targets individuals, most especially women with vocational skills. We support them with items including tailoring equipment, baking equipment, small scale soap making machine etc.
Provision of social services
We reach out to communities lacking vital resources. Such resource includes clean water. We understand that many communities in Nigeria are lacking clean water, so we mobilize our partners to drill boreholes. In events of natural disaster like flooding, we send our team to supply them with materials
Scholarship
We support indigent and bright students with scholarship award in the form of fund for school fees, educational materials and textbooks, internship and training opportunities.
Promulgation of Islamic values
We support activities that projects Islamic values. Our radio program, Ewa Islam is one of such. The program provides listeners with an avenue to ask questions about Islam. Ewa Islam holds every Thursday morning between 11.03 and 11.30 on Positive FM102.5 Akure.
Free medical outreach
Our medical outreach programmes are events held periodically at Teebah Medical Center in Akure, Ondo-State Nigeria. At these events, we conduct free medical examinations, health education, distribute free drugs, provide free medical and surgical treatments among others.
